At Serenity by Nikki Bee, we are committed to providing convenient and reliable shipping for our South African customers. Please review our shipping policy below:

Domestic Shipping within South Africa:

  • Local collection or delivery: By arrangement in Edenvale, Kempton Park and Centurion only.
  • Courier: A standard shipping fee of R 110 will be applied to all orders required to be couriered. We use Pudo (The Courier Guy) as our preferred courier partner.
  • As items are customised, handmade or personalised, please allow 5 working days for completion of your order, and 2-5 business days for delivery. However, during sales or product launches, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

Please note:

  • During sales or product launches, delivery may take up to 10 business days regardless of order value.
  • In rare instances, couriers may add a surcharge for deliveries to high-risk or outlying areas. If applicable, this surcharge will be communicated to the customer, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to cover the additional cost.
  • If the courier is unable to reach the customer for delivery attempts, resulting in the return of the parcel to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reissuing the parcel.
