1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Our processing begins promptly upon receiving your order with your payment confirmation. While we strive to address your requests, once an order is processed, modifications or cancellations may not be feasible. Kindly reach out to us immediately via e-mail info@nikkibee.co.za for assistance.

All confirmed orders are subject to our return policy.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS (PURCHASES FROM WEBSITE ONLY)

2.1 FAULTY, DAMAGED ITEMS, OR FULFILLMENT ERRORS

Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we regret any inconvenience caused. If, by rare chance, you receive a faulty, damaged item, or experience a fulfilment error, please contact our support team at info@nikkibee.co.za within 7 days of delivery. We will endeavour to address your concern promptly.

When reporting a faulty item, kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the damaged item(s)
  • Photographic evidence and a description

Please refrain from returning damaged goods without prior guidance from our support team, as this may delay resolution. Replacement requests require verification of damage by our support team.

2.1 FAULTY, DAMAGED ITEMS, OR FULFILMENT ERRORS

To initiate a return, please email info@nikkibee.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order, stating your order details and reason for return. Items eligible for return must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with intact security seals if applicable. Upon approval, return the unused items within 7 days, with shipping arranged and covered by the customer.

Kindly note the following:

  • A return & restock fee of R 75 applies.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring traceability.
  • Serenity cannot be held liable for broken glass packaging during delivery or returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt of your return for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued as store credit, minus original shipping charges and restock fee.

2.3 RETURNING OF USED/OPENED PRODUCTS

Due to product nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used items.

For purchases from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for assistance as we cannot facilitate refunds or returns.

4. MISCELLANEOUS

Unavailable Receiver: Ensure availability for delivery attempts. Unresponsive receivers may result in parcel return, with reissuing costs borne by the customer.

Stock Availability: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to item unavailability, providing full refunds.

Compliance with Laws: Our policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws.

Policy Modification: We may update this policy without prior notice, with changes applicable to subsequent purchases.
