Gift Packaging

The Pet Gift Box price includes your pet’s name embroidered onto his/her blanket, as well as a print of his/her name on their treats jar. Please ensure to submit an email with your request for embroidery and treats jar print along with proof of payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping information:

We use Pudo (operated by The Courier Guy) for all our shipping requirements. Shipping is available nationwide and a standard shipping fee is allocated to your bill at check-out. Your package will be delivered to your nearest Pudo locker, alternatively if you prefer delivery to directly to you, please inform us in the order notes at check-out.

Collection options are available by arrangement in Edenvale, Kempton Park and Centurion. Please deselect Pudo and select “Local Pickup” in the shipping section at check-out to ensure that shipping costs are not added to your total.
